Day one: Tbilisi
Meeting at the international airport, transfer to the hotel, organizational issues, currency exchange, accommodation and recreation. Welcome dinner in one of the city's restaurants in a traditional interior, served with national dishes and drinks, with a musical performance and folk dances. Night in Tbilisi. Day two: Tour of Tbilisi Breakfast at the Tbilisi hotel. Sightseeing tour of Old Tbilisi. Master class on cooking khachapuri and khinkali. Night in Tbilisi. What we will see:
The main attractions of Old Tbilisi, from Freedom Square to the city walls, from the waterfall in the Legvtakhevi gorge to the Sulfur Baths, cozy pedestrian streets, the Rezo Gabriadze Puppet Theater and the Drunken Tower, to the Bridge of Peace and Rike Park with a cable car ride to the Narikala fortress complex.
Day two: Kakheti – the land of the fertile Alazani Valley with medieval monasteries and unique wineries

What we will see:
In the village of Shuamta, not far from Telavi, a sightseeing tour of the monastery complex Dzveli Shuamta (Old Shuamta) and the active convent of Akhali Shuamta (New Shuamta). Ikalto monastery complex on the outskirts of the village of Ikalto (8 kilometers from Telavi), founded by the Assyrian holy father Zenon of Ikalto at the end of the 6th century. Together with the Academy, where Shota Rustaveli studied, which played an important role in the history of the Georgian Enlightenment, it was the most significant cultural and scholastic center of Kakheti and all of Georgia. Alaverdi Monastery, located on the western bank of the Alazani River, 25 kilometers from the city of Akhmeta, whose history begins in the 6th century, and the Cathedral of St. George, built in the 11th century, which is considered the greatest temple in Georgia, preserving fresco paintings from the 15th century. The monastery is famous for its wine cellar (marani) and the wine that heals the soul and flesh, which the monks produce for the glory of God (Alaverdi) from the endemic variety of Kakheti vines in a clay jug - qvevri. Making wine in qvevri is the oldest Georgian tradition, passed down from generation to generation over the centuries. Day three: Telavi-Tsinandali-Kvareli-Sighnaghi-Bodve

What we will see:
Telavi is called the most “medieval” city in the country due to its well-preserved historical monuments. Fortress of the first Kakheti kings Dzveli Galavani (Old Walls); Batonis-Tsikhe (Fortress of the Master), founded by King Archil in the 17th century and expanded by King Erekle, was the residence of the Kakheti kings in the 17th and 18th centuries; castles of local noble families; Church of St. Mary (16th century), Church of the Holy Trinity (6th century). The most beautiful street in Telavi, beautifully restored, is Kholokashvili, with houses decorated with colorful gates and carved balconies. Tsinandali is a place marked by an Italian-style palace, wine cellar, and landscaped garden that belonged to one of the most brilliant and influential people in the history of Georgia, the aristocrat, romantic poet and public figure of the 19th century, Alexander Chavchavadze. Today it is a museum complex recreating scenes of intellectual life of the 18th and 19th centuries. The monumental architectural ensemble of Gremi, towering over the Alazani Valley, between Telavi and Kvareli, built in the 16th century, was the capital of the Kingdom of Kartli. In the ruins of a once prosperous city on the Great Silk Road, you can still see the outlines of a Caravanserai, baths, trading places and wine cellars. In the museum, exhibits illustrate daily life of the time. Excursion to the Kindzmarauli winery with a visit to the winery and the old marani. St. Nino Monastery in the village of Bodbe (two kilometers from Sighnaghi), the territory of which is decorated with flower beds and vineyards. There is an observation deck with beautiful views of the Alazani Valley, from which stairs lead to a small building with a holy spring and a swimming pool (you can swim in it after putting on a white shirt). Walk through the picturesque streets of Sighnaghi with ancient stone architecture. Day four: Mtskheta-Uplistsikhe-Borjomi-Kharaguli

Mtskheta, a symbolic place where Georgian civilization was born and Georgia adopted Christianity in 334, is amazing with UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Graceful and at the same time mighty Svetitskhoveli with the legendary “life-giving pillar”, from which the name of the cathedral, tombstones of Georgian rulers, fragments of the basilica of Vakhtang Gorgasali; Jvari Monastery - a masterpiece of Georgian temple architecture,with the famous observation deck. The complex cave complex of Uplistsikhe (Fortress of the Lord) is the oldest settlement known in Georgia, whose history dates back to the second millennium BC. The resort town of Borjomi, located in the picturesque Borjomi Gorge, in the east of the Borjomi-Kharagauli National Park, famous for its mineral water (which constitutes the main export item of Georgia), the Likan Palace on the banks of Mtkvari (a summer villa in the Moorish style, built for Grand Duke Nikolai Mikhailovich Romanov in the village Likani), World Fund for Borjomi-Kharagauli National Park. Founded in 1995, Borjomi-Kharagauli National Park with the support of the World Wildlife Fund and the German government preserves the special character of the region’s nature and unique forests. Day five: Rabat Fortress – Vardzia

What will we see
The fortified city complex of Rabati (meaning fortified place in Arabic) dates back to the 9th century and was rebuilt in the 16th century by the Ottomans. Most of the surviving buildings date back to the 17th and 18th centuries. The territory of the fortress includes numerous swimming pools, tombstones, a Russian summer house, the Akhmedie Mosque, a madrasah and the Akhaltsikhe Museum. The cave palace and monastery complex of Vardzia with underground halls carved into the slopes of Mount Erusheti on the left bank of the Mtkvari River, thirty kilometers from Aspindza, built for the legendary Queen Tamar. The Church of the Assumption has preserved wall paintings that have important cultural and historical significance. Day six: Kutaisi and surroundings

The Assumption Cathedral in Kutaisi, illuminated in honor of the Dormition of the Mother of God, better known as the Bagrati Temple, founded in the 11th century, is a masterpiece of Georgian temple architecture and a symbol of the city. Prometheus Cave, near Tskhaltubo and 20 kilometers from Kutaisi, amazes with its amazing features - stalactites and stalagmites illuminated by an underground LED system, underground lakes and rivers. The architectural complex of the Gelati Monastery and Academy in central Georgia is one of the country's most valuable religious and cultural attractions. King David the Builder began construction of the monastery and academy in 1106 as a tribute to the victory over the Turks. Day seven: Return
